It is an honor and a privilege to endorse Jenelle Faso for Niagara Falls City Court Judge. As a public servant in this City for the past six years, I understand the experience necessary to be an effective advocate for our residents. Having known Jenelle for many years and her life experience, there is no one more qualified to serve on the bench. She is well-rounded.
Jenelle has practiced law for over ten years in the City of Niagara Falls, has personally participated in more than 2,000 criminal cases and 600 civil cases in Niagara Falls City Court alone, and has handled hundreds of felony cases throughout her career.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Jenelle was a 911 dispatcher for the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office for thirteen years. In fact, she continued to work for the Sheriff’s Office while putting herself through law school.
As a parent of two boys, Jenelle values family. I cannot emphasize enough the importance Jenelle being a mother and the positive impact that will have on her judicial philosophy.
Overall, no other candidate has any such experience in Niagara Falls City Court. I know that Jenelle will preside fairly and impartially; bringing a wealth of knowledge and life experience to City Court.
