CRIME OR NOT? YOU BE THE JUDGE!

The Right Side

By J Gary DiLaura

My dear readers, this is taken directly from U. S. Code, the “the law book “of the United States. It is not the least bit complicated. Please read it.

“Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”

Please note that the “Intent” is the intent to conceal, remove, obliterate or destroy” and NOT to commit another crime like espionage or treason, or any other crime against the government! The Department of State is a “public office” and the Secretary of State is a “public officer.” It says “ANY RECORD,” not just classified!!!

Add to this that on Jan. 22, 2009 Hillary Clinton signed a Non Disclosure Document (available in pdf on the internet, 2 pages and 11 items long), that states in paragraph (1) that she accepts the obligations in the agreement in return for access to classified information both marked and unmarked; in paragraph (2) she acknowledged receiving indoctrination in the nature, protection and handling and disclosure of the classified information; (3) addresses damage she could cause by failure to follow the agreement; (4) sets forth no less than 7 Sections of Title 18 that unauthorized disclosure of classified material could violate; (7) states that ALL classified information she has access to belongs forever to the US government and she must return all to the government upon request or termination and failure to do so is violation of T18S793 and 1924 USC;(11) states she carefully read the agreement and any questions were answered. She signed and dated the document… and by the way, she’s a lawyer.

Guilty or not guilty?

When interviewed by FBI ADIC Peter Strzok, she told him she never received training on classified information!

Guilty or not guilty of lying?

When interviewed by the FBI (James Comey. Really?… yes!), Martha Stewart lied about a personal investment (not a classified cooking recipe) and was sent to jail for 4 months!

When interviewed by FBI ADIC Strozk, Mike Flynn lied that he spoke to a Russian about foreign policy, was charged, and was “forced” to plead as the FBI drove him into near bankruptcy. It was not even a crime that Flynn talked to the Russian!

As a law abiding US Citizen, YOU should be outraged at the selective law enforcement displayed by the FBI as well as the violation of the 14th Amendment, the Equal Rights Amendment!

As a retired FBI Agent I am furious/outraged/pissed over the unlawful actions of a handful of so-called FBI agents, namely Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe and Former Director James Comey. The Three Stooges. Please recall that when I heard how Hillary was interviewed, I wrote, without knowing who the interviewers were, that whoever they were, they are NOT real FBI agents, as a real agent would not have done the amateurish, maybe even corrupt, things they did… starting with the interview in front of five Clinton lawyers and one witness/lawyer, Cheryl Mills, and not calling her on her outrageous lie that she did NOT receive training on classified information!

Please believe me when I say that the majority of the FBI agents and support personnel are NOT politically motivated, corrupt, unethical, immoral, incompetent, inept a__holes. Unfortunately, these few and a few more were picked by Obama, either directly or indirectly, and put in places of high authority.

I guarantee you that when ALL these phonies are removed from positions of authority, the brick agents will start to come forward and we will again have an honest FBI again! President Trump WILL handle it!

Far Too Often, Promises Have Proved Empty; Niagara Falls Needs Progress And Strategic Planning

By tony Farina · August 4, 2026

By Tony Farina Promises are nice and they bring hope for the future. But unfortunately, most of the time, promises have fallen flat for the City of Niagara Falls, some succeeding but many turning out to be empty promises and major disappointments. At this point, Niagara Falls doesn’t need more failed promises. What the city needs is progress to build a better future and a plan to make it work. City leadership must bring it all together. While there are promises to build a better future on the table and being talked about, like Centennial Park and the Niagara Digital

Governor Issues Response To McMurray’s Letter on Slag Concerns

By tony Farina · August 4, 2026

By Tony Farina The radioactive slag bubbling up across Niagara County in recent weeks, triggering state and federal testing and some remedial work and family relocations, is the ongoing and seemingly never-ending legacy of the environmental desecration of the past 100-plus years by massive corporations dumping toxic waste that was the subject of Christen Civiletto’s book Thundering Waters. “What we have again is an environmental storm,” said attorney and former Grand Island Supervisor Nate McMurray, a candidate for election to the 45th District State Assembly seat now open because of the retirement of Angelo Morinello. McMurray will run for the
