A NEW INITIATIVE BY THE NACC & NYSCA The Niagara Arts and Cultural Center (NACC) is proud to announce the launch of the NACC Rehearsal Space Program, made possible by a generous grant from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA). This initiative aims to provide affordable rehearsal spaces to performing artists in the local community to foster a more vibrant artistic landscape. Job Announcement: Executive Director The Niagara Arts and Cultural Center (“NACC”) seeks a transformative Executive Director in Niagara Falls, NY.  The city of Niagara Falls has a diverse, tight-knit population of around 50,000.  It is a tourist destination for over 9.5 million annual visitors because it is home to one of the world’s seven natural wonders. The NACC is the largest multi-arts center in upstate New York and has been in operation for over 20 years.  The 180,000 square foot repurposed high school is almost 100 years old and is on the Federal and New York State Registries of Historic Buildings.

Jonathan Rogers Artist Talk Monday, January 9, 2023 at 7:00-8:30PM Townsend Gallery Don’t miss an artist talk by longtime NACC Resident Artist, Jonathan Rogers. The artist will be speaking about his paintings in the current exhibit, Members & Friends 2023, and his artistic practice which spans more than six decades.

A book signing with artist Mikayla Forsey, whose artwork is featured on the the cover of the recently released literary anthology, “Pathways through the Dark,” will take place tomorrow between 6 and 9 pm. A limited quantity of books will be for sale on site for $15 each. Light refreshments will be served for this event. Three of Mikayla’s artworks are currently on view in the NACC Members & Friends 2022 exhibit in the Townsend Gallery.
